Inspiration came from the textured bark of the silver birches in a forest making them very beautiful regardless of the season. Their tranquility and silvery finish made them a perfect pattern to emboss on pewter. The image is meant to evoke the stillness and serenity of a forest.

Embossed square pewter coaster depicting imagery which was drawn by Laura.These drawings were made into tooling which transfers her images onto the pewter in a rolling process.They have a brushed antique finish and are corked on the reverse. 9cm x 9cm
