I live in a rural area surrounded by wide open fields.
I particularly love our chickens, the owls, pheasants, house martins and other wild birds that are all around us. In the evenings we get bats flying just above our heads which is always fun.
The views from our garden are of various crops throughout the year from potatoes and sugar-beet to barley and rapeseed and I feel very fortunate to live in such a slow paced and beautiful part of the country with inspiration for my work everywhere.
It is a beautiful and relaxing place to come home to after an enjoyable day working for the NHS.

I've had a lot of fun with these chickens and they could be used in a number of ways.
They could be part of a light pull or sitting on a wine bottle stopper, they never fail to make me smile. They will be waiting for you in their warm coop.
Perfect as a gift for a fan of chickens or farms.
The dark brown one measures 24mm tall x 23mm wide and a 32mm from beak to tail
The light brown one measures 22mm tall x 22mm wide x 29mm from beak to tail
The hole is 3mm
Handmade by me in my little lampwork studio.
I take time to clean, wrap and package your item with love and care to make sure they reach you as safely as possible.
Please remember that this item is glass so not suitable for small children
