Shop Announcement:

Due to other commitments - including an increased involvement in my husband's business, I am temporarily unable to dispatch orders as quickly as I would like. I have, therefore, decided that my shop should take a short break.

Love this

SALE - Previously £11.

A spectacles or glasses case, or pouch, featuring hand embroidery from recycled linen, edged in blanket stitch in colours chosen to match the embroidery - a pretty extra design feature!

The back of the case is cut from a green and white striped canvas type fabric, backed with fusible interfacing. The case is lined with a clasic blue print on white fabric (recycled from a vintage French sheet), also backed with iron-on interfacing to provide some protection for your spectacles. The case has been assembled by hand-stitching in blanket stitch using crochet cotton - colours have been chosen to correspond to the colours in the embroidery and change around the case as an extra design feature. The case closes with a button-hole stitch loop over a white button.
