* I am creating and dispatching all orders as normal. Items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked & Signed and you will receive a tracking number for your parcel so you will be able to track your delivery.
* EU countries: I have resumed shipping via Royal Mail, but you should be aware that there may be extra clearance fees/duties to pay on parcels from the UK.
Sadly, but even my socks don't last forever:)) that is why I send a small amount of yarn to make a repair.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
