My Eco- Friendly Mats for life are handmade from 100% Yorkshire mixed breed wool sourced directly from local farms on and about the Yorkshire Moors.

The wool surface is not as springy as the foam mats and so lends itself to a great surface to create your felting masterpieces on.

They are ideal for those small projects and are a great felt on the go size.

My Mats for life come in a range of colours and these can be found on separate listings.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To clean any transferred wool from your mat for life, simply brush lightly in a circular motion with a small sort brush or the palm of your hand.

As you use your felting mat ti will compact over time but will never wear out.

Mini Sheep and needles are not included.

I started to make my own needle felting mats from my stash of wool as I wanted something that was durable, but also created a fabulous surface to work on.

I was going through that many foam mats and kept wearing holes in my hessian ones, I decided to have a go at Needle felting my own. My mats for life are all I use now not only for my own work but also for my Needle felting workshops as well.
