Bertie, a black Cockerpoo, arrived in our home a few years ago. Since then, dog walks and coat pockets stuffed with poo bags have featured prominently in our lives!
The idea behind Bertie Woofster & Me originated one day on a misty dog walk when I mistakenly blew my nose on a poo bag extracted from my pocket!
What I needed, I thought, was a specific bag to take out on my walks. It would be filled with doggie essentials and would have to be practical but not look utilitarian.
I wanted to create a fun and functional dog walking bag that was ready to use and could be picked up as you walk out of the door - a similar function to that of a ready packed baby change bag next to the pram!
So here it is.......and everytime I pick up my Bertie Woofster and Me Bag, my little dog goes crazy as he knows it's time for a walk!
