Welcome to Rudy & the Rowan Tree - home to my experiments in wood, pattern and colour.
Handcrafted and made (very) slow in Scotland.
One day whilst tidying my workroom I found some plywood tablets leftover from a previous project which I had forgotten about, and since I love experimenting with colour combinations, pattern and shapes, I decided to make a few one-off prints!

On offer - was £40, now £23!
This one of a kind wooden picture has been individually screenprinted by hand onto a 5" birch ply tablet. I've layered some of my favourite shades of blue and pink to create a unique print, with some areas left blank to show off the lovely grain of the wood.
The wood I use to print on is high quality birch ply, with the wooden square measuring approx 5 inches. It is float mounted inside a painted white wooden box frame which measures just over 7 inches (18cm).
