This cream and maroon diamond skirt would be a great addition to any little girl's winter wardrobe. The waist is elasticated with no zip, buttons or poppers and measures 52cms (20.5 inches). The length, including the 4.5cms (1.75 inches) waisband is 31.5cms (12.25 inches) When the elastic is fully stretched the waist measures 66cms (26 inches) The skirt is not lined. Wash in a tied pillocase on a delicate or cool cycle or hand wash. Tumble dry in a tied pillowcase on a cool or cold setting or lay flat to dry.

I love Tunisian entrelac crochet and wanted to create a range of garments using this method. I have made tops, trousers, bags and phone pouches, but the diamond skirt is the least complicated to make with the best results. This Aran yarn skirt is made of an acrylic and wool mix. It feels warm to the touch and holds it's shape well.
