You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged in a protective cellophane bag to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the cellophane bag.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a stunning luxury 3D handmade greeting card to give to friends or family for Xmas.
The design is large glitter snowflakes on a blue background with a white snowflake design pattern. Everything on the card is hand-cut and hand-glittered by me and decorated further with matching sparkling gemstones.
The glitter sentiment greeting on the front of the card says Let It Snow.
The card is currently blank on the inside but a printed personalised insert can be made. Please contact me if you would like an insert made.
Size: Very Large 8 x 8 inches
This card comes with a free envelope to match the size of the card and is packaged in a free protective cello bag to keep it fresh and clean.
