These fused glass great white sharks can be hung in the garden to scare the neighbours, the bathroom to create an Amity Island vibe, or given as a unique gift to your favourite shark lover.
Each shark is approximately 29cm long and come with two integrated wire hooks for easy hanging.
Stock Status - This Creature's stock status is: Out of Stock
The pictured shark has sold - but I'm happy to make you one to order, which will usually take around 3-4 days.
How it's made - After cutting the various pieces of glass needed, I add two hanging hooks and fuse at a high temperature to melt the body into a single, smooth piece of glass. Then I add gills and an eye, handprint the mouth in enamel and fuse again at a lower temperature to give the finished piece a 3D effect.
Creature Fact - For a period in the late 1980s the Great White combined its position as a hugely successful ocean apex predator with a mildly successful side hustle as a hair metal band. Unfortunately it turned out all the hairspray was contributing to ocean acidification which made the two endeavours mutually incompatible. So that was that for the tunes.
