Hello and welcome to DArTworld, my world of colour, reality and imagination in cards and prints. The subjects vary from the ancient and classical world right up to date but the thing that they have in common is the use of vibrant colour and the visual twist that I like to give my images. I hope you will love them.
Please also visit my second shop called Beaded Beasties, mixed media box frames of beaded dragonflies and other creatures/themes.
The flock of crows in a tree near my home made a suitably sinister subject for Halloween!

Full description
Does this phrase give crows a bad reputation? Perhaps but then they do eat carrion and were often seen on the battlefield or at the gallows in anticipation of a hearty meal!
Many collective nouns for animals date from the Middle Ages when they were often associated with hunting. Whilst crows were linked to murder, their relatives the ravens were known as 'an unkindness' , so clearly, they weren't viewed in a good light.
This eerie triptych shows three views of the same image becoming progressively more sinister! The tent fold card is blank inside for your own message while the reverse carries a simple description but there is also a creepy little surprise when it's opened. It is printed on high quality 300 gsm cardstock by me. The card has a matte finish and is supplied with a plain white envelope. It is 7 x 5 ins (178 x 127 mm).
The price includes UK postage.
Please take a look at my other Halloween card designs, one of which can be seen in the last photo.
