Item details

This canvas scene is sewn onto a white 5x7 card. The seascape background is hand-painted and a blue raw-edge machine embroidered cockleshell sits on the sand.
The card can also be displayed in a frame suitable for a 5x7 picture or the scene can be cut out to use as a bookmark.
It comes in a plastic card bag with a white envelope and free 2nd class postage and packing. U.K. only.

I decided the smaller details I had added to some larger seaside-themed pieces deserved to be in the spotlight. So this series of one-off cards was born, each with its own little bit of seaside nostalgia. Collecting shells is one of my favourite beach activities and this one is just waiting to be picked.
