I was lucky enough to be given a large section of Yew tree and I wanted to show the wonderful colours that stem from the centre of the tree outward towards the sap wood and bark. This design was a way to include all of those elements.

Full description
This is a beautiful and unique live edge Yew Vessel made from a yew tree that was felled in 2019. The tree was felled in the Lothians area and was gifted to me. Its coated in a clear lacquer and is not suited to holding water. It can hold small keepsakes or dry flower arrangements.
