Full description
A pretty and sparkling red dragonfly hanging decoration. Handcrafted in copper wire with red and clear crystal glass beads and silver and red seed beads.
A unique gift for someone special or treat yourself to a little bit of sparkle in your home. Hang in a window to catch the light, on a vase, plant pot or from a lamp these are just a few examples.
I have created this pretty dragonfly with copper wire using wire wrapping techniques. The dragonfly shape is gently hammered to strengthen, I have then threaded and wrapped beautiful sparkling red fire pollished crystals, silver lined crystal and red seed beads on and around the shape with copper wire. A handcrafted copper hook is attached for hanging.
The wire I have used for this heart is 10% sterling silver filled copper wire (sterling silver bonded to a copper centre). It has a much thicker layer of sterling silver and is more durable than silver plated wire.
Measurements are approximately width 7.5 cm (3 inches) and length 10 cm (4 inches) including the hook. All measurements are approximate.
This dragonfly will be carefully wrapped and sent to you by Royal Mail 1st class post.
