All orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail standard service. The postage costs applied reflect the protective packaging used to ensure your Utterly Pottery goodies arrive in tip top condition. Therefore, should you place an order rest assured, it will arrive beautifully wrapped and protected topped off with colourful tissue paper. Where possible I reuse and recycle plastic bubble wrap as I find it offers the best protection for my handmade and handpainted ceramics.
I’m always happy to add a handwritten gift note if you’d like to send the order directly to the recipient. Please include the message as you check out.

No two Utterly Pottery Nordic Santa’s are same, I just can’t help myself! Each one is completely unique and wears it’s own stripy Breton top. A classic wardrobe staple for every Nordic Santa!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
These earthenware Nordic Santa ornaments are individually hand painted using a range of colourful underglazes. Each Santa is then dipped in a glossy transparent glaze and kiln fired. The hat is painted with either a glittery glaze, individual snowflake decorative details or both!
Due to the individual nature of each piece, and the variety of colour options available, I have grouped the ornaments according to colour range. Therefore you will receive a Santa within your chosen colour range, but not necessarily the exact ornaments photographed.
If you would like to specifically choose myths colours you’d like, please add a note to your order and I will do my best to accommodate this.
Each Nordic Santa is approximately 13cm tall and 5cm wide at the base.
