These eye pillows are so soothing, whether to ease a headache, for yoga or beside you to enhance sleep. The tiny flat seeds add a gentle pressure without any gritty feeling (they will also hold heat well due to the oil they contain if you wish to warm the pillow gently) and the lavender scent is heavenly. A treat for your senses and for the bees and other pollinators attracted to the fragrant fields of organically produced flowers.
I made two of these pillows from the piece of butterfly linen, please send me a message if you would like both.
