The Yew used for your coffee scoop was donated by St. James' Church in Trowbridge. The tree enhances a beautiful and ancient churchyard. When some limbs were felled to keep the tree healthy, as its canopy was too broad and too heavy, I could not resist asking for some!

Full description
Unique, handcrafted wooden coffee scoops, made from ethically sourced Yew. These are unique, one of a kind scoops, made with care, and attention to detail. The beauty of each piece is not only in its functionality but also in its artistic value. It is happy when used for coffee, loose tea, spices or baking goods!
Finished with high quality organic Linseed Oil, that is naturally water, food and alcohol resistant and free from any synthetic or modified resins, and varnishes.
This oil enhances the wood's natural colour and unique grain pattern, thereby, revealing the beauty within!
Each piece of wood is ethically sourced and will have its own unique characteristics. Please note, items crafted from the same original piece will vary slightly in colour, grain pattern and nominally in dimension. Different woods present different opportunities and allow for creative expression.
