I wanted to find a way to upcycle some our old CDs, and because I love crochet and Mandalas it seemed the obvious choice! I used cotton yarn as it is more sustainable, good to work with, and has good eco credentials, plus it gives a clear crisp finish to the designs. Delighted to find I could also make use of those plastic bottle top rings that are so polluting. And the shiny mirror surface of the CDs gives a lovely effect. One of my favourite designs!

Full description
Shiny unique decorative mandalas created with crochet and up cycled CDs. Each one is an original design made with cotton yarn, with a plastic bottle top hanging ring, glass pebbles in the centre, and trimmed with beads. Each one is £12. Ideal for decorating your favourite chill out and relaxation space. Lots of other designs available, please just ask.
