Item details

As with all workshops, I suspect, I end up every time I clear out my work space with pieces
of timber I just couldn’t bear to throw into the wood-for-burning bag. And that’s the beginning
of a problem because if ur not throwing it away you are then forced to find a use for it that
shows off its beauty. These little clocks are one of the products of this process and they are
all made in the very best of timbers. They are pyrographed with my signature, date and wood type on the base. The clocks are quartz movements powered by button batteries, CR2032.
They can be accessed by prising the clock out of its hole at 6 o’clock on the face. Once the
movement is free of its sleeve you need a thin blade to remove the back when the battery is
obvious immediately. Instead of doing all this u could just go to a local jewellers or Timpsons
that replaces watch batteries and let them do it for you.
