These earrings were born from a desire to make myself a pair of linear dangly earrings from seed beads that weren’t too bulky. Mine are green with a touch of purple, and I wear them all the time! In this pair, I particularly love the luminous quality of the moonstone against the chalk white seed beads.

These elegant earrings are based on a simple beadwoven unit I developed recently, which involves wrapping a semiprecious bead (in this case, moonstone) in quality Japanese seed beads and Czech SuperDuo beads in chalk white and crystal shades. To add some glamour and sparkle, I’ve added a Swarovski baroque bead drop in their crystal shade. Both the jump rings used to hang the Swarovski crystals and the earwires are Sterling Silver. Perfect bridal jewellery, these earrings are also easy to wear day to day.
Total earring length is approximately 58mm, including earwire. The baroque drops are 12mm at their widest point and the moonstone beads are 6mm in diameter.
Earrings are supplied in a gift box that includes a small square anti tarnish tab to help protect the silver from tarnishing for up to 12 months. Care should be taken when storing silver items to assist in reducing tarnish.
These earrings have not been hallmarked as the silver used falls under the legal exemption weight; however, each ear wire carries a ‘925’ stamp.
