Over the years I have accumulated numerous fabrics from previous projects and love to be able to re-purpose them into something new. Very often the section of leftover fabric is too small to use for a large project but as these masks don't require too much material they are a perfect way to use up odds and ends. More importantly they are a greener alternative to the single use disposable face masks which sadly I see too often discarded alongside the footpath on my daily dog walk.
These face coverings are sustainable and can be washed and worn over and over again. Reusable, re-purposed, pretty and practical.
