Full description
I have thrown this salt pig on the wheel and added a SALT label to the front by impressing letters into the clay and made a knob handle for the top. It has a clear glaze on the inside and I have brushed a blue glaze onto the outside which has fired to a blend of blues and browns. This listing includes a little wooden salt spoon.
Approximate measurements:
Height: 11 cm including the knob handle
Base: About 8 cm
Wooden salt spoon: 10 cm
All of my glazes are food safe
The salt pig is happy to go into the dishwasher but the spoon is better washed by hand.
Each pot I make is formed individually in my studio and they all have their own shape, imperfections, variations and irregularities in the glaze decoration and form which is due to the handmade process making each piece one of a kind
