All jewellery listed here that says silver is sterling silver, I do not use silver plate at all. There will be elements of sterling silver in every design (except keyrings), some will be completely so, others may have combinations of copper, brass, bronze, glass, enamel, pewter, resin, upcycled biscuit tins and pre-decimal coins and/or semi-precious stones as well. Many of the designs are one-of-a-kind.
I like to make adjustable rings as I'm one of those people whose fingers swell up as the day goes on - and I'm sure I'm not the only one! This type just give that little leeway and the difference between comfort and having to use oodles of soap to remove it to get the circulation going again!

An adjustable, randomly hammered sterling silver band to give a faceted effect.With a tiny copper cat.
The band is 12mm wide and is open style, so adjustable by a small margin, perhaps a size or two no more. It is set at size N but you can squeeze or stretch to accommodate a slighly bigger or smaller finger.
If you don't know the size of the finger you want to wear it on, then have a look at the 6th photo in my display which shows a chart. If you wrap a piece of string around the base of the finger and mark the point where it meets on the string, then measure against a ruler, you will get your approximate size. This is not a completely foolproof method, but because the rings I sell online are all adjustable to a small extent, there should be little chance of the ring NOT fitting.
The ring weighs 6.4 grams, so under the weight legally required to hallmark sterling silver.
