You will need:
Cascade 220 yarn: approximately 5g each for the shoes, skin, and (short) hair, 23g for the trousers, 20g for the top and a small amount for the eyes. Brown, Tan, Sand and Beige are good shades for the skin.
A stitch holder.
3.5mm knitting needles.
A tapestry needle.
Toy stuffing.
A small amount of black, white and lip-coloured embroidery thread.
A sharp sewing needle.
Optional: felting needle (for the facial features).
Optional: 3.5mm crochet hook (if you want to attach hair with cow hitch).
Techniques you should know:
Increases and decreases.
Sewing seams using mattress stitch.
You don't have to know intarsia, but it is useful if you want to make very short hair, hair tied into a bun or to prevent the colour of the scalp being visible through long hair.

Knit a perfect replica of your mother, grandmother, wife, girlfriend, daughter, sister or best friend with this customisable knitting pattern.
Woolly Woman has an hourglass but realistic figure, just like the women you know. She also wears trousers. Her hair can be knitted as part of her head, sewn on or attached with a crochet hook to replicate your woman’s hairstyle.
The pattern contains written instructions on how to make the body, basic head, hair bun, curly hair, how to sew the knitted pieces together and how to stuff Woolly Woman, and there are also coloured charts for the intarsia heads and close-up photos illustrating how to make her features.
Woolly Woman is knit flat and if using worsted weight yarn and 3.5mm needles she is approximately 32cm (12.5 inches) tall.
This 11-page pattern is printed double-sided in colour on A4 paper and will be sent to you unfolded and unbound.
