Orthoceras were among one of the earliest life forms and are thought to have had some intelligence.
Traditionally they have been worn to assist with low energy and tiredness.
They represent light after darkness, increasing confidence and balancing emotions.

Full description
An unusual pendant made from an Orthoceras fossil, which dates from the Silurian Era, some 400 million years ago!
This one comes from the Atlas Mountains in Morocco.
I have set the fossil into jewellery clay, with a spiral design. It's been given a dusting of bronze mica powder and glazed for protection and is supplied on an 18" adjustable cord.
It comes packaged in a reusable cotton eco bag.
Dimensions: 7cms long by 1.5cms across.
My jewellery is made to be worn and loved but I recommend it's not worn in water as settings can loosen over time.
