Full description

Here is an original assemblage of a beautifully decorated and detailed pewter Hare leaping over a copper moon. The metal elements of the work are meticulously hand tooled to achieve a raised or, bas relief design full of magic, mystery and symbolism.

In the foreground are extraordinary pewter dream flowers and stencilled dandelions and seed heads. These metal elements are arranged over a multimedia collaged and painted background of the night sky in beautiful shades of blue, ranging from midnight to turquoise blue The body of the hare is richly decorated with symbols and talismans, seed heads, berries, leaves suns,moons and stars.
