Introducing my Joysofglass Fused Glass collection. All handcut by me, decorated and then fused in my kiln.
My glass fusing kiln is only small so these fused glass pieces are all one-off designs, no mass production possible.
A 16cm square trivet or pot stand, 6 mm thick, fired in my kiln to a very hot temperature. This fuses all the glass together to a lovely smooth finish.
The trivet has a base of clear glass which is then topped with 24 x 3cm squares of rainbow colours of glass, four times round the rainbow..
The square in trhe centre like all my trivets, is formed from a mix of frit which I've made from the same glass I've used in the rest of the trivet. I've then topped it with a luxurious sprinkle of precious dichroic glass.
A rather beautifu and vibrantl piece of glass and also very tactile.
Made from Bullseye glass, handcut, shaped, layered and decorated with a unique design.
It will be sent to you by first class Royal Mail safely cosseted in bubble wrap.
This will make a lovely present for yourself of for someone you love and is guaranteed to be totally unique.

I've added 4 little feet to the corners to protect your surfaces.
