Full description
A Knitting Pattern for a unique hand-knit cushion featuring a countryside scene with sheep in the field and poppies growing in the hay meadow.
The cushion is knitted in one piece so there is minimal sewing up. The scene on the front is worked using stocking stitch using the fair isle stranded method of knitting. There are large, coloured charts to follow and the pattern has detailed instructions. On the back there is a four button opening for easy removal of the cover for washing.
Measurements 40 cm x 40 cm (16in x 16in)
Any Aran or Worsted yarn can be used so long as it gives the same tension as 18 stitches and 24 rows to 10 cm (4 inches) over stocking stitch
Knitting Needles 1 pair of 5 mm (UK6 US8) and 1 pair of 4 mm (UK8 US6)
On completion of your payment, the knitting pattern will be sent to you attached to an e-mail using the e-mail address you supply with your order. Please allow 3 days for this e-mail to arrive. My knitting patterns are in pdf digital format only.
