Cikananga Wildlife Centre is a wonderful oasis for illegally traded and rescued animals in Java, Indonesia. Animals include Javan and clouded leopards, orang-utans, pangolins, lots of birds and (my favourite) sun bears. My daughter is the only remaining volunteer at Cikananga Wildlife Centre due to the current pandemic. The centre funds and runs itself largely with help and funding from volunteer contributions. As financial hardship intensifies, this fundraiser will hopefully provide some additional support for the centre. Full description
This fun enamel mug is part of the range of things I've been developing during lockdown to raise money for Cikananga Wildlife Rescue Centre. The design is based on Noko, one of the resident sun bears at the centre, and is also available as a limited edition Lino print in my Folksy shop. Perfect for hiking and camping (we'll look forward to that), this mug will be perfect for a cuppa in the garden while we wait for better times, all profits will go to CWRC.
