All orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail standard service. The postage costs applied reflect the protective packaging used to ensure your Utterly Pottery goodies arrive in tip top condition. Therefore, should you place an order rest assured, it will arrive beautifully wrapped and protected topped off with colourful tissue paper. Where possible I reuse and recycle plastic bubble wrap as I find it offers the best protection for my handmade and handpainted ceramics.
I’m always happy to add a handwritten gift note if you’d like to send the order directly to the recipient. Please include the message as you check out.

Created following the first coronavirus lockdown in March 2020, I have found painting these rainbows incredibly therapeutic. The rainbow has become a real symbol of hope and togetherness in an unprecedented time. I wanted to design something positive to be kept as a reminder of 2020 but that could also be gifted to family and friends. who doesn't love a bit of happy post, especially at the moment.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Each rainbow is hand painted on to a white earthenware coaster using underglaze paints. Available in both a traditional vibrant or pastel rainbow colour range and on either a round or square coaster. Black doodles and splatters are also hand painted making each coaster completely unique.
Once painted the coasters are dipped in a glossy transparent glaze and kiln-fired.
The underside of each coaster has silcone dots to prevent scratching the table top.
Due to the hand painted nature of the coasters the shape of each rainbow will vary from the photographs show.

Round coasters: 4 inches in diameter and approximately 0.75cm thick.
Square coasters:4 inches square and approximately 0.75 cm thick
