Full description

This pretty handmade needle case comes complete with it's own little sewing kit and makes a wonderful gift.

Made using a floral print fabric with mauve and green flowers, and with a plum coloured button at the centre of one. It has a plum velvet ribbon border and the lining is a green spotty cotton poplin. The case is lightly padded to protect against sharp points. There is a small scissor pocket inside the front cover and a tiny slip pocket inside the back. The case contains 4 felt pages in mint green and closes with a green ribbon tie. The needle case measures 11 cm x 12 cm x 2 cm when closed.

The sewing kit includes everything you see in the photos above:

1 pair of rose gold Stork scissors with purple tassel attached

4 sewing needles in assorted sizes

1 needle threader

2 long, bird headed pins

3 glass headed pins

6 small white buttons

1 plum coloured button

2 safety pins

1 card with 5 lengths of thread in assorted colours
