I just love applique and really enjoyed making this farm quilt from begining to end.

Full description
This farm quilt is made up of nine white oblongs all with a farm animals in the centre is a scarecrow. I have hand appliqued these and also hand quilted background scenery to each one. The sashing is brightley coloured squares. The final border is a pale yellow cotton fabric with a hand quilted pattern on it. The backing is pale grey cotton fabric with a farm yard scene print. I have used Hobbs polyester 2oz wadding. Just for fun I finished it off with a prairie point edge.
