This card has been made as a replacement for the Steampunk card I designed in 2017, which used elements I had bought. A new customer wanted to buy the last card, but I was unable to recreate it as per the design in the listing. So I decided to make new card instead, with tags to match.
This latest card design uses elements from stampsets and the background has been created using the Ink Smooshing Technique.
This card can be personalised, as the Happy Birthday sentiment was printed, before colouring and mounted onto black card and onto the card itself. All I would need is the recipients name.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
This card has been made as a replacement for the Steampunk card I designed in 2017, which used elements I had bought. This card has 2 co-ordinating gift tags and both the card interior and envelope have been stamped with cogs to co-ordinate.
This latest card design uses elements from stampsets and the background has been created using the Ink Smooshing Technique. By laying down ink colours, spritizing with water and placing your card on top to soak up the ink. That layer is then dried and the process repeated until you get your desired effect. Each of the 5 cards made will all have a different background, although the same colours were used; Peacock Feathers, Broken China, Vintage Photo, Rusty Hinge, Forest Moss, Peeled Paint, Black Soot.
The card was designed using both Tim Holtz (The Professor 2, Distinguished and Tiny Text) and Darkroom Door (Love Birds, Wings, Mail Art and Eclectic Cogs) stampsets with the Globe die.
The bird, the butterflies and the pocket watch have been stamped, heat embossed, coloured and fussy-cut before mounting onto the card front. Distress Oxide colours used for these items are: Antique Linen, Mermaid Lagoon, Rusty Hinge, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot. The twine on the pocket watch matches the twine used on the gift tags. The Globe was die-cut from Gold/Kraft cardstock and then distressed to provide a vintage/rustic look.
The finished card size is 15x15 cm (6x6 inches)
