I'm Ellen and I hand craft silver jewellery from my garden studio on the West Sussex coast.
Influenced by ancient cultures, geology, inspiring quotes and travel adventures! My work features lots of metal marking such as hand stamping, hammering and fusing all using 100% recycled sterling silver and natural gemstones.
ORDERING INFO: All jewellery comes presented in my branded white boxes and is posted via Royal Mail in letterbox sized boxes (apart from rings - these boxes are just too deep!). If your jewellery is being made to order the item listing will give you a timeframe and my working days are Monday - Friday.
POSTAL INFO: Most items will get posted out from the studio within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. You can choose your preferred method at the checkout.
Hunting for a gemstone shop in my tiny campervan in Norway saw me headed down a single track dirt road to a secluded campsite not far from the Telemark canal.
At the log cabin near the entrance I met Norway's only stonecutter (allegedly!) and poured over the trays upon trays of locally sourced and cut gemstones.
I chose just a handful of these epidote stones that were dug up just a few miles from where he worked.

Full description
These Epidote stones were mined and cut in Norway. I've set them in a fine silver saw-tooth bezel and handmade tiny silver leaves to solder around the stone. The setting has been soldered onto a bark textured band that stacks well with my other rings or can be worn solo.
They have been oxidised to blacken the silver and buffed back to reveal shiny highlights. Part of a mini series of three rings.
SIZE:
This ring measures a U.K size M 1/2.
The band width is approx 3mm and the setting measures 10mm at its longest and 9mm at its widest.
SHIPPING:
Comes gift boxed ready for giving or keeping as a special treat. Standard postage is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 but you can choose to upgrade to faster, more secure options before payment plus add on luxury gift wrap too!
Due to the limited nature of these stones I'm afraid once these rings have gone, they've gone! I made three different sizes, M1/2, N and O 1/2. If you're lucky, I may just have your size in my shop! If not, I can always make this design with other stone choices - feel free to message me about a custom option.
