I thought this pattern was adorable. I realised it was a long time since I had knitted anything so small so it made a change.

Full description
This hand knitted set for a prem baby consists of a cardigan, hat and bootees. It is worked in a soft cream baby yarn and has a sea creature theme. The cardigan has a v-neck and fastens with three buttons. It also has buttons on the cuffs making it easier to fit over tiny hands. The bottom of the cardigan is worked in aqua and has a seahorse on the front. The hat has a folded back brim in purple which has a row of fish on it. The bootees, in purple with cream cuffs, also has a fish on the front.
Please note that the buttons are firmly sewn on but care should be taken to ensure they remain secure.
Colour - cream with purple, aqua and orange features
Yarn - 55% nylon 45% acrylic
Size - premature baby
Measurements - cardigan chest 32cm, length 14cm, sleeve 10cm, hat circumference 26cm, bootee sole 6cm
Care - machine washable 40 degrees
