Item details

The wooden vase is made of sycamore and has been stained with a variety of colours to give the outstanding effect you can see. It can be used as an ornament or used as a vase for dried flowers. The outside finish is acrylic lacquer that has been burnished to give a bright deep shine over the stained wood. The inside has been treated with danish oil to give a hard finish.
The vase is just under 7 inches high and 2.75 inches at its widest at the top and bottom and 2.25 inches at its narrowest. The inside of the vase has been hollowed and follows the contour of the outside of the vase.
This item will be carefully wrapped and sent by Royal Mail using their Tracked 48 service at NO cost to the buyer. The item can be tracked and will need to be signed for on delivery.

I wanted to make an ornament or vase that anyone would be proud to be shown in any room of the house. The colours in the wood seem to change depending on how the light catches it.
