Soft toys have to go through extensive safety tests and checks before they can be sold. One of these checks guarantees that a toy is clean and new, meaning that any returned toys cannot be sold again. If there is a physical problem with your toy I will issue a refund, or send another toy. Please send me a message if you have any problems with your order and I will try to resolve them.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This little whale has been handmade with care to bring a tiny handful of happiness to its new owner.
Each whale measures appropriately 6.5cm by 6.5cm.
Materials: cotton yarn, polyester stuffing, and plastic safety eyes.
