Full description

Colourway: OOAK mini

Fibre: Merino wool / nylon

Yarn Weight: 4ply Sock

Skein weight: 20g

Colour: Off white with tones of purple, blue, mint green, yellow/ochre

The yarn is dyed by hand using professional grade acid milling dyes.

The base is 85% superwash extrafine merino, blended with 15% nylon for extra strength and durability. It is a lovely soft and springy yarn, suitable for garments that will be worn next to the skin.

I do my best to capture the colour of the yarn as accurately as possible. All photographs are taken in natural light and do not have filters added. Please be aware that colour accuracy can vary on different monitors and devices.

Steps are taken during the dyeing process to ensure the colour is steadfast, however a small amount of colour run may occur during the first wash. I recommend washing with similar colours or on it’s own for the first wash. As the yarn is superwash treated, it is suitable for machine washing, but for best results and to ensure longevity I would recommend hand washing in luke warm water using a wool wash. Fabric conditioner is not recommended for merino wool.
