You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns If you would like to return your item, please first contact me within 30 days of purchase via my ‘Contact me’ page or by emailing me at enquiries@kkdhairbows.co.uk. To be eligible for a return and refund; You must provide your order number or proof of purchase. Your item/s must be unused and in the same, resaleable, condition that you received it/them. Your item/s must be returned within 14 days from the date you contacted me. Please note; You, the customer, are responsible for delivery costs to return an item unless the item has been deemed faulty. Customised items are not eligible for return. Refunds Once I have received your item and confirmed that it is unused and in original condition, I will notify you immediately and will initiate a refund to your debit card (or original method of payment).

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
