Full description
Here I've made a ceramic lace bird hanging decoration.
Made using air dried clay which I impressed with a vintage doily into the shape.
I then painted it blue, and wiped off the excess to reveal the pattern, this gives it a lovely distressed look.
Once dry I spray varnished it using acrylic lacquer to finish it off.
It measures 2.5 across by 3.5 inches long.
I've attached a coordinating bead and embroidery thread.
