This 'Pale Blue Miss Betsy' vintage style fascinator mini hat is ready made.
This is a gorgeous cute and pretty headpiece, perfect for a Bride, wedding or the races.
Made on a pale blue teardrop sinamay base, which has white felt and a metal croc clip underneath for fixing.
It can also be made to order with a headband.
It can be worn on either side.
Created with pale blue fluff feathers , a gathered choux of pale blue classic veiling, curled pale blue floaty ostrich feather fronds.
Finished with a pale blue satin ruffle and a cluster of pale blue glass pearls.
