A pretty crochet butterfly sits daintily on top of this small luxury mohair tea cosy.
This soft and fluffy tea cosy is hand knitted using a mixture of mohair, silk and merino wool.
I have crocheted the butterfly using a mixture of yarns in complementary shades of pale grey, charcoal and duck egg blue. It is sewn on to the top of the tea cosy. The body of the cosy is a lovely pale duck egg blue.
The tea cosy will fit a 1-2 cup teapot and it fairly stretchy to accommodate various styles of teapot. The roll brim bottom allows for different heights of teapot.
I would recommend hand washing this item. Do not tumble dry.
