Full description
A giclée print of a watercolour painting of one of my favourite garden birds - the blackbird.
We get plenty of blackbirds in my garden, so I'm never short of inspiration. In this painting, I tried to capture the colours and textures of the male bird's glossy feathers.
The print is 20 cm x 20 cm, unmounted, on acid-free, slightly textured 310 gsm Hahnemühle German Etching paper. The background is soft white.
Giclée printing is achieved with an accurate fine inkjet spray, which allows a very close match to the original artwork.
Your print will be carefully packaged with a card backing and wrapped in cellophane for protection. It will be posted to you in a sturdy board-backed envelope.
