Harris Tweed can only come from the Island of Harris in the Outer Hebrides. The wool comes from the sheep there, it is finished dyed and woven there often in the islanders homes.
Although the fabric is traditional and has been for many years, it is enjoying a Renaissance with modern colours and designs and is used in fashion and accessories showing good quality and design.
