This 'Navy Blue Patsy' fascinator mini hat is ready made.
It is a simple yet elegant cocktail or wedding fascinator hat.
Created with a round navy blue sisal straw disc with two metal croc clips underneath.
It looks best on the LEFT side but can be worn on either.
Created with two separate pieces of navy blue crinoline, one slightly darker than the other and joined to form a bow swirl detail, a piece of navy blue Merry Widow veiling for contrast and finished with a dark navy satin ribbon ruffle and finished with a cluster of navy blue glass crystals.
Everything is glued and hand stitched onto the base.
It is quite versatile, so you can find your own way of wearing it and look totally glamorous!
The look will vary depending on hair colour, length & style, would look stunning on most coloured hair.
As it has no feathers, it would be perfect for a person with allergies or for travelling abroad for a wedding.
