it is the run up to Christmas and Billy is confused.
Santa seems to be everywhere but he never looks quite right. Luckily it is not long before a little bit of Christmas Eve magic puts Billy's mind at rest.

A perfect stocking filler, this lovely square-format picture book follows little Billy as he puzzles over the true nature of Santa.
I was approached by young indie author Clare Thompson to illustrate her gorgeous Father Christmas themed tale and jumped at the chance. The story unfolds in a gentle rhyme and is sure to delight young children as Billy puzzles over the myriad of Santas. I responded with colourful, soft watercolours to bring out the tingly excitement of the festive season. It really does tap into the magic of Christmas through young eyes!
