I liked the fact that the wool used for this jacket was advertised as being free from chemicals so thought it would be ideal for a baby. It was much more expensive than some of the synthetic yarns but it has knitted up beautifully.

Full description
This handmade baby jacket has a patterned front and sleeves. A variety of cable patterns are used to give an interesting, textured look. It has a pixie style hood and buttons down the front and is knit in a 4ply pure washable wool that is free from chemicals.
Please note that the buttons are firmly sewn on but care should be taken to ensure they remain secure.
