I found the pattern in a book I had bought when I was knitting for my grandchildren. I liked the fact that the sizes were quite small and suitable for new born babies.

This handmade set of hat and bootees is knitted from a wool mix 4ply yarn. They have a cable pattern on them and the hat has a folded back brim.
Colour - pink
Yarn - 75% acrylic 25% wool
Size - 0-3mths
Measurements - hat circumference 26cm, bootees sole 8cm
Washing - machine washable 40 degrees
