Full description

Dornoch cowl

As featured in Take a Break Makes Magazine, Autumn 2019.

Slouchy wool tartan button up cowl, fully lined in bottle green acetate. Fastening is two upcycled black buttons and matching stitched buttonholes. Please note that this item has no stiffening, therefore it's floppy and more comfortable for those who dislike something rigid round their neck.

Approximately 17cm deep. Total length is 71cm, with a circumference of 68cm when fastened.

This cowl can be worn in multiple ways - tucked inside your coat neckline, on the outside, folded down, or tucked in and just under your nose, hiding all but your eyes from the bitter winds of winter. You can wear it with both buttons done up, or as a "collar" with just the top button done.
