This is an exquisite, elegant and chic cocktail fascinator mini hat in black and red tartan.
It can be made from any of the four red Scottish tartans.

Created with a black sinamay disc, which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath or it can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
Or it can be mounted on two small clips rather than the above..

Created with two black or bright red burnt pheasant curl feathers with small black and red pearls pinned in the ends, a bow loop of matching sinamay bias binding with a stripe of red tartan ribbon as a highlight, a black satin ribbon ruffle and finished with a cluster of red pearls.
